The Electro-Matinee was formed by Nick Freed & Steve 'Bonz" Kaminer in 2022 as an electric duo including a full band sound using tracks recorded and performed by Nick & Bonz. The idea is to bring the Flakeys Gang sound and arrangements to a duo act that could play smaller venues around the South Florida area. The result is a resounding success as the precision recording and huge sound put forth by the Gang members is an impressive wall of music unmistakingly unique to the Flakeys Gang sound. This is certainly not two guys with acoustic guitars playing Jimmy Buffet music under a tiki hut, in fact, if you turned your head you would swear there was a full 5-6 piece band playing your favorite Rock, Blues, Funk, and Grunge tunes!
